The AppFrunk hub is home base — one sign-in for every app. Billing, seats, AI credits, your team, sign-in settings, and your Microsoft file connection all live on the Settings page (tabs across the top: Billing, Team, and Org settings). The Billing tab opens to a 'Your plan' summary — click 'Update subscription' to change anything.
Go to the hub and sign in with email + password, Microsoft, or Google — whatever your organization uses.
The dashboard shows a card for each app. Apps you're subscribed to open directly; others show 'Not subscribed' or 'Coming soon'.
Click an app card to open it — you stay signed in across every app.
Open Settings → Billing (Default Admin only). It opens to your 'Your plan' card: current editor seats and their cost, your AI balance, and 30-day AI usage — all in one place.
Click 'Update subscription' to reveal everything you can change: billing interval, editor seats per app, AI credit packs, auto-recharge, and the Stripe billing portal.
Choose Monthly or Annual (annual saves 10%). Set editor seats on an app, then use Checkout to pay by card (Stripe). Viewer seats are always free.
For an app you already pay for, use 'Update to N seats' to change the count directly (no full checkout).
Volume discounts apply automatically (5% at 20+ seats, 10% at 51+, 15% at 101+; annual 10% stacks).
Under 'Payment method & invoices', open the Stripe billing portal to update your card, download past invoices, or cancel.
AI features (chat, screenshot analysis, document generation) draw from a shared prepaid token balance, priced per 1M tokens. Your current balance and 30-day usage show right on the 'Your plan' card.
Click 'Update subscription' → AI credit packs, then buy a token pack ($5 / $15 / $45) by card.
Turn on auto-recharge: pick a pack and a low-balance threshold — we top up automatically from your saved card before you run out (buy one pack first to store the card).
Complimentary (billing-exempt) accounts aren't charged for AI, but can still buy a pack under Update subscription — handy for testing paid billing.
Open Settings and select the Team tab. Add one user (name + email) — send an invite email or generate a one-time temporary password. Or Add Multiple Users by pasting emails.
Set each person's Hub role (Default Admin / Admin / Viewer) and a per-app role (Viewer = free, Editor / Admin = uses a paid seat, or No access).
If Editor/Admin is greyed out, you're out of paid seats for that app — add seats in Billing.
Edit a user's name, deactivate/restore them, or resend a pending invite. Use 'Show deleted users' to see removed accounts.
Note: a Default Admin who owns Database tables/workspaces must transfer ownership before being downgraded or deactivated.
Open Settings → Org settings (Default Admin). In the Sign-in section, turn Email+password, Microsoft (Entra) SSO, and Google SSO on or off — at least one must stay enabled.
Optionally require an emailed one-time code (MFA) after SSO sign-in, and/or after password sign-in.
Open Settings → Org settings (Default Admin). In the SharePoint & OneDrive section, connect one Microsoft account shared by all apps.
OneDrive: consent is limited to a sandboxed 'Apps/AppFrunk' folder.
SharePoint: sign in, then choose (or paste) a site and a document library to dedicate — a dedicated site is recommended.
Files live under a single 'AppFrunk' folder with per-app subfolders (AppFrunk/Doc, /Data, /Sheets…). Documents and Sheets save here; Database can import from here.
